Drink lots of water, be sure to change your pillowcase 1x per week (not your entire quilt, but just the pillow where you sleep in. Wash your face every day with cold water and go there 2x a week with a cleansing lotion over it, dab. That's what works for me, they can not really go away but you have a clean skin, they become less and your skin heals nicely.
