Before eating lay a little yeast on your tongue for 5 minutes and make sure it is well distributed in your mouth. Then chew on a leaf lemon balm and the bad smells will be gone for the whole day.
Make a paste of fresh aloe (Aloe preferably from Curacao, which is bitter!) And every morning and evening brushing teeth and tongue with it. Works great and inflammatory, especially with toothache.
Brush in the morning and evening not only your teeth but also your tongue!
We also remain little food residue between the papillae that can cause bad breath.
Scrape brush every night after brushing your tongue with a tongue cleaner to pick up at the drugstore. This removes the bacteria behind your tongue which provide the odors.
Chew on some fresh parsley.
