Also in the hugs from the children sit down dust mites. If they are not machine washable, stop them once a week in a plastic bag and leave it overnight in the freezer: all house dust mites and the eggs they lay will freeze to death and stuffed animals are again hygienic.
An allergy to dust mites is extremely annoying. Your bedding should be washed weekly at 60 degrees. Vacuuming a few times a week and mopping (carpeting is anathema to these allergies). Some things however, you can not wash at 60 degrees. It would discolor or not beautiful remain longer in a different way. You can do things in the freezer (one night) but still convenient it is to heat it for treating Article 5 DRY minutes in the microwave. (note that there is no iron / aluminum is in) Then you can wash at 30 degrees. It is absolutely mite-free.
Dust mites occurs when you format your bed in the morning or afternoon. Make your bed just before you go to sleep! So you do not suffer from dust mite. In the evening if you've made your bed in the morning or afternoon, you will see that you get itching. That's dust mite, so make your bed only in the evening before going to sleep!
