Put basil tea and drink it slowly. (not too hot)
If you are sick with the flu, you can try to go outside. People always say if you have the flu you should stay inside and stay in bed. But just for fifteen minutes outside and then back to bed, really works
If you are nauseous, cut a piece of ginger root and peel off gently. chewing ginger neutralizes stomach.
Chewing on an orange peel could help treat nausea and heartburn. Whether you also have to swallow i do not know, but does not seem very advisable;-)
If you're sick you should drink cola with sugar. Not too soon, but every 2 minutes sip.
With nausea helps quite frequently Earl Grey tea.
Red currant juice will still help out.
Create as lemonade.
By inhaling your nose, and exhale through your mouth. This gives peace of mind, insist about fifteen minutes and nausea fades away again!
