Start with a course of dried juniper berries. Build up to 30 berries per day. Day 1 = 1 berry, day 2 = 2 berries etc. to 30 per day. Water swallow. Building off this back to 3 or 4 per day and keep taking it. It dispels the pain (not the rheumatism!) There are at Powder Keg also available juniper capsules.
Nutrition also affects rheumatism. It is not yet proven, but if you have the products below NOT be used for a long time, you notice the difference in movement (rheumatic fever does not go away, but it is livable, more flexible) Use the following foods / foods for several months NOT more: * Sugar (only fruit sugar / fructose) *pork * Color, taste, - and fragrances, in short, no artificial additives (no packet, tin or jar, only fresh vegetables, fruit etc.) * citrus * White flour products It's getting used to, but if you notice the difference after a few months, then you do not eat else. It actually just part of a healthy way of eating.
