Make your batter for the pancakes in advance. After a few hours or even a day is better batter mixed and the pancakes are much better. A splash of beer with it also works great.

Many people make their pancakes with expensive ready-mix more than one euro, it goes just as well with patent flour, e.g. balances (19 cents kilo) take milk, an egg, salt and dessert spoon of sugar. Mixing and preferably a day earlier. Delicious pancakes e.g. fry with bacon and cheese.
