Freeze soup? Use empty butter dishes. Fill it with (cold) soup put the on and freeze. A butter dish is equal to one portion of soup.
The cooked soup too salty?
Peel a potato and let it boil for a while as a whole.
Soup is not muddy as you cook the noodles separately, rinse with cold water and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Add desired amount in cup or plate.
Large quantities of soup, I freeze in a freezer at, in a square box freezer. If it is frozen solid, I take the bag out, and do the following. So I can still stack!
